Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, MCC, ACTC, FInstCM

Coach Scofray is the Founder of Neuro-Emotional Intelligence (NEI) Training, through which he supports executives, teams, and institutions in identifying and rewiring patterns using a framework that blends neuroscience, Ontological-Mindfulness-Ecological coaching, Systemic Thinking, and mBIT practice.
He is Africa’s foremost neuroscience-informed Ontological Executive Coach, Ghana’s first Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), Certified Professional Corporate Trainer, and Professional Certified mBIT Master Coach & Trainer. He currently serves as President of the Ghana Chapter of ICF, a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management (UK), and lead consultant for Zoweh Global Consult with a combined 20 years of experience and over 4,000 coaching hours dedicated to empowering and transforming lives.
